Professor Ronnie Wuest
Professor Ronnie Wuest Professor Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt (Youth and Adult Jiu-Jitsu instructor)

Ronnie is a 2nd Degree Royce Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt Professor and has over 40 years experience on the mats.

His training background includes Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (both Gi and No-Gi), Professional Mixed Martial Arts Fighting, Scholastic Wrestling, Muay Thai style and Traditional Boxing. He has competed in and won Dozens of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournaments as well as many Professional Mixed Martial Arts Fights. He is an IBJJF World and 2X Pans (Both GI and NOGI) Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Champion. He is a 4X IBJJF Black Belt Gold Medalist. Ronnie is also a Royce Gracie certified “G.R.A.C.I.E.” Law Enforcement Jiu-Jitsu instructor. Ronnie’s academic background includes a Bachelors degree in Economics. 

Professor Lewis King
Professor Lewis King Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt (Youth and Adult Jiu-Jitsu Instructor)

Lewis began training Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 2005 while away in college.

Once returning to Delaware 2009, he began training with Ronnie Wuest at the academy. In 2016 Lewis went on to test for and receive his Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt from Royce Gracie.
Wendy Rios
Wendy Rios Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Purple Belt (Desk / Enrollment Staff)

Wendy began training Jiu-Jitsu in 2015 after watching and being inspired by her daughter Taylor began training in 2014.

Wendy also assists with the Woman’s Self-Defense classes.

Steve Bednarik
Steve Bednarik Gracie Brazilian Purple Belt (Volunteer Class Assistant)

Steve began training Jiu-Jitsu in 2015.

He enjoys learning and teaching Jiu-Jitsu, especially to our youth students. For Steve, Jiu-Jitsu is a family affair; his wife Ali, and two children Liam and Adeline also train.
